Rodney Scott is a U.S. Navy Veteran, Firefighter Lieutenant, motivational speaker, life coach, and mentor dedicated to helping young men discover their purpose, build confidence, and develop the character necessary to succeed in life.

Raised by a strong and hardworking single mother, Rodney learned early lessons about perseverance, discipline, responsibility, and resilience. Growing up without a consistent father figure, he experienced many of the challenges that young men face today. While his mother provided love, guidance, and structure, Rodney understood firsthand the importance of positive male mentorship and leadership. Those experiences became the foundation for his passion for helping young men navigate life's challenges and become the best version of themselves.

Seeking growth, direction, and opportunity, Rodney joined the United States Navy, where he learned the value of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and leadership.

His military service taught him that success is often found on the other side of discomfort and that personal growth requires commitment, sacrifice, and perseverance.

After serving his country, Rodney continued his commitment to service by becoming a Firefighter Lieutenant. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to protecting lives, leading teams, and helping people through some of the most difficult moments they may ever face.

Today, Rodney combines his life experiences, faith, military service, and public service career to help young men build confidence, leadership skills, and a vision for their future.
